Subject: STONE WELLNESS IS MOVING JUNE 1, 2025 AND OTHER IMPORTANT NEWS!

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share an important and heartfelt update regarding the status of Stone Wellness.

After 15 fulfilling years of providing acupuncture and holistic care to our community, I have made the decision to transition the ownership of Stone Wellness Integrative Therapies to Jane Pasienza, who many of you already know and trust. For those who don't know Jane, she is a highly qualified practitioner and dedicated team member (since 2017) committed to carrying on the legacy of compassionate and professional care that has and continues to define Stone Wellness.

In the coming weeks, the practice will be under Jane's new ownership, and I’m so pleased that she has agreed to continue the wonderful care and treatment options you have become accustomed to.

In addition to this change, Jane will be moving the practice to it's new home at 5517 21st Avenue W., Suite F, Bradenton, FL 34209 with one catch - she will be operating out of Suite D at the same address for the month of June, while her new office gets a makeover. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE HELD AT THE NEW ADDRESS (SUITE D) AS OF JUNE 2, 2025. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience experienced in the relocation of the office, but we think you will be thrilled with the results.

I want you to know that your records will remain securely maintained in accordance with all HIPAA regulations, and your continuity of care will be preserved without disruption. If you wish to request a transfer of your medical records to another provider, you may do so by contacting our office directly.

I will continue to support the practice during a transitional period to ensure a smooth handoff.

It has truly been one of my great privileges to be part of your healing journey and part of your lives for so many years. Thank you for your trust, support, friendship and the many wonderful adventures. I will remain forever grateful for the gift this has been for me. I continue to use the insights I gained from each and every one of you to better my skills and my practice.

I will be continuing my passion to train therapists across the globe in Fascia Reset™ Therapy, so this wonderful work can reach many more people who are in need of it’s benefits. Stone Wellness Integrative Therapies is located at 5517 21st Avenue W., Suite F, in sunny Bradenton, Florida. The entrance and parking are on 40th Street West.

The Mood

For your comfort, we do our best to keep our clinic quiet and peaceful. We have four treatment rooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable waiting room. In addition, we have an Infra-red Sauna in a quiet room for you to rest and receive all the wonderful benefits from this technology.
